Information may be requested in the form of a html report or ASCII comma-delimited text file. Premium formats are also available in MS Access 97 (with Avery 5160 and 5161 Mailing Labels), or MS Word 97 Mail Merge (with Avery 5160, 5161, 5162 Mailing Labels) format. Fees for data vary based on the type of data, amount, and desired format.
The following states and their available data types are listed below:
Georgia: Private Applicators, Commercial Applicators, Commercial Pesticide Contractors, RUP Dealers, Treated Timber Processors / Dealers, RUP Pesticides, Pest Control Companies, Pest Control Operators, Registered Technicians, all pesticide products registered, and all companies registering pesticides.
Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota: Private Applicators, Commercial Applicators, RUP Dealers, RUP Pesticides, all pesticide products registered, and all companies registering pesticides.
Missouri, Oklahoma: Private Applicators, Commercial Applicators, RUP Pesticides, All pesticide products registered, and all companies registering pesticides.
Nebraska: Private Applicators, Commercial Applicators, RUP Dealers, RUP Pesticides, and all companies registering pesticides.
New Jersey, North Dakota: RUP Pesticides, all pesticide products registered, and all companies registering pesticides.
South Dakota: Commercial Applicators, all pesticide products registered,
and all companies registering pesticides.
West Virginia: Business Licenses, Private Applicators, Commercial
Applicators, RUP Dealers, RUP products, all pesticide products registered in the state, and all companies registering pesticides.
